Privacy Policy

What we collect: When you place an order we collect your name, phone number and delivery address so we can deliver it. If you create an account, we store your name and email address. If you write a review, your name and review text are stored and shown publicly only after approval. If you pay by direct transfer, we receive your transaction ID and payment screenshot to verify your payment.

How we use it: Your details are used only to process, confirm, deliver and support your orders — including order confirmation and tracking messages on WhatsApp. Order tracking on this website requires your order number and phone number, so only you can see your order. We never sell your personal information, and we never share it with anyone except the courier delivering your parcel (PostEx) and the services needed to run this store.

Cookies and storage: This website stores your cart, sign-in session and preferences on your own device so the store works. If analytics are enabled on this store, anonymous usage statistics are collected only with your consent, which you can give or withdraw from the cookie banner at any time.

Your choices: You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email us at [email protected] and we will take care of it.
