3.1 Orders

Placing an order on this website is a request to buy. Your order is confirmed only after the WhatsApp confirmation step — until then, it is not a confirmed order. You can change or cancel an order any time before dispatch by replying on the WhatsApp confirmation message or messaging us.

3.2 Prices & availability

Prices and availability can change without notice. The price on your confirmed order is the price you pay on delivery.

3.3 Products & images

Product images are for illustration. The product you receive is the genuine, sealed retail product named on the product page.

3.4 Payment

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. If you choose to pay by direct transfer instead, we verify your payment using the transaction ID and payment screenshot you share with us before dispatch.

3.5 Reviews

Reviews are written by customers and are shown publicly on this website only after approval.

3.6 Accounts

Creating an account is optional. You can always order as a guest. You can sign up with your email or with Google. Please keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us on WhatsApp if you think someone else has used your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

We may update these policies from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
