What We Collect

  • When you place an order: your name, phone number and delivery address — so we can confirm and deliver your order.
  • When you create an account (optional): your name and email address, plus any phone number and delivery addresses you choose to save.
  • When you sign in with Google: Google shares your name, email address and Google account ID with us. We use them only to create your account and sign you in. We never see or store your Google password, and we don't keep your profile photo or anything else from your Google account.
  • When you write a review: your name and review text. Reviews are shown publicly only after approval.
  • When you pay by direct transfer: your transaction ID and payment screenshot, so we can verify your payment.

How We Use It

Your details are used only to process, confirm, deliver and support your orders. That includes the order confirmation and tracking messages we send you on WhatsApp.

Order tracking on this website requires your order number and your phone number together, so only you can see your order.

Your Account

An account is optional. You can always order as a guest without one. With an account you can see your orders, keep your wishlist and saved addresses, and check out faster.

Earlier orders are added to your account only when you show they are yours: through an email address verified by Google, or with your phone number and one of your order numbers.

Deleting your account: message us on WhatsApp or email us from the email address on your account, and we will delete your account and its saved details. Orders you have already placed stay in our records, because we need them for delivery and accounting.

Sharing

We never sell your personal information, and we never share it with anyone except the courier delivering your parcel and the services needed to run this store.

Cookies & Device Storage

This website stores your cart, sign-in session and preferences on your own device so the store works.

If analytics are enabled on this store, anonymous usage statistics are collected only with your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time from the cookie banner.
