Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

Order confirmation first

Every order is confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. Your order is packed and sent only after that confirmation, so what you order is exactly what you receive.

Delivery & charges

Parcels are delivered nationwide, across Pakistan, with Cash on Delivery — you pay when your parcel arrives. Delivery takes 3–5 working days after your order is confirmed, and it is completely FREE on every order, anywhere in Pakistan. There are no delivery charges, ever.

Tracking your parcel

Your tracking number is shared with you on WhatsApp after dispatch. You can also check your order at any time on the Track Order page with your order number and the phone number you ordered with.

Still have a question? Message us on WhatsApp or email claworabeauty78@gmail.com — for order help, keep your order number ready.
