What can be returned

Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, that is on us — opened or not. Message us on WhatsApp with a photo of the item and we will make it right.

How to start a return

• Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, with your order number.
• We will confirm the return with you on chat and tell you the next step.
• Once a return is approved and the sealed item is received back, your refund or replacement is arranged with you on WhatsApp.
